How We Train

Progress over pressure. We meet each athlete where they are and build them the right way.

Junior Athletes (8–12)

Coordination, movement mechanics, rhythm & balance. Build the foundation for future speed and strength.

  • Landing & cutting basics
  • Agility ladders, mini‑hurdles, jump rope
  • Body‑weight strength & core control

Varsity Prep (13–18)

Strength, speed, and power that transfers to the game. Smart progressions, great technique.

  • Acceleration & sprint mechanics

Blocks run in 4‑week arcs with built‑in breaks aligned to local school calendars. Optional pre‑break accelerators available.

I’m a proud father of two young athletes (7 & 5). They love baseball, basketball, swimming — and jumping into my drills. At this age, it’s all discovery: balancing on the BOSU, exploring ladders and hurdles, jumping on and off things, and yes — finishing with fort‑building using mats and foam rollers. We learn by moving at different heights, speeds, and angles. That philosophy guides how I coach the youngest athletes.
