Sports injuries can be devastating, often require surgery, intensive rehabilitation and significant time away from your sport.  At Train2Change Fitness and Performance we believe the best option to keep athletes in the game and off the sidelines is prioritizing injury prevention in all of our sports performance programs.

 

However, when injuries do occur, our number one goal is to return the athlete to competition quickly but in the safest manner possible.  Using the medical professional’s rehab protocol as a guide, our post-rehab conditioning programs begin with a foundation of strength, flexibility and mobility.   The selection and progression of these exercises prioritize neuromuscular retraining to not only help an athlete return to competition, but return even stronger, faster and more powerful than before.
